Clifton B. Sobel Jr.

CLIFTON B. SOBEL, JR., grew up in Nashville, and he graduated from David Lipscomb High School. He attended Middle Tennessee State University, where in 1991 he was awarded a Bachelor's of Science degree in Political Science. Mr. Sobel attended the Nashville School of Law and earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1995. Mr. Sobel was admitted to the Supreme Court of Tennessee and the United States Federal Courts that same year. In 1999 Mr. Sobel was admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Sobel is an active member of the Nashville Bar Association, the Rutherford County-Cannon County Bar Association, and the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Mr. Sobel maintains a litigation practice, focusing primarily on criminal matters, such as Driving Under the Influence, felony and misdemeanor drug charges, probation violation and other crimes. He also serves clients in domestic matters such as divorce, and business matters such as the creation of new corporations or limited liability companies, and copyright applications.
