A. Michelle Poss received her bachelor's degree from Middle Tennessee State University and her law degree from Nashville School of Law where she was a Rasmussen Scholarship recipient and served as President of Sigma Delta Kappa Legal Fraternity. Ms. Poss is licensed to practice in all Tennessee courts and admitted to the Supreme Court of the Tennessee Bar and the United States Federal Court. Ms. Poss is an active member of the Nashville Bar Association. She serves as a Court Appointed Special Advocate and is a member of the Junior League.
Ms. Poss is primarily a trial lawyer, and she maintains a civil practice. Ms. Poss offers services in probate matters including estate administration, conservatorships and guardianships. She also represents clients in personal injury matters, business matters, account collections, detainer warrants, domestic matters and construction litigation. Ms. Poss is proudly rated "B-V" by MARTINDALE-HUBBELL. Ms. Poss serves her clients professionally, diligently and politely.
